The morning sun rises
on the wings of secret winds…
Floating lazily above
the pond,
and stretching its rays out
like golden sprinkles
on a never seen birthday cake…
The water shines brightly
in reflection of its love…
And El Sol de la manana
rules the sky
for another day
of bright ideas…
simple joys..
And hopes so fresh
that they light up the heavens..
in a way…
that only sweet sunrises..
can contain…

Delightfully written. Beautiful photo.
Thank you, Kim! How are ya today?
Nice and cold like I like it.
Good. I’m a fan of that too
Perfect title, I like the poem very much
Thank you so much! What do you like about it?
Its positive, vivid. I felt the sun in me and it rays on me. Here is pretty much grey and foggy past days no sun at all and I miss it a lot. That is why I like it so much it reminds me on sunny days.
And that maybe tomorrow sun will shine again.
Yes it may!
Sunny days can be so vital during long winters
That is the greatness of the morning sun…no matter how dark the night that preceeds, the glorious rising of ths sun ALWAYS brings with it hope.
It really is there like a promise!
