In a moonluck day
like many others…
Time runs in a constant stream
in and around humanity’s detritus…
with each move…
Swishing about and dragging
it’s pearly teeth along
the ground…
The second-hand laughing
into the air
and following a gentle path…
Deep within a grove
of dagger bushes…
Each ready to cut…
or caress…
To slice…
or anoint…
and love….
of course love…
a slender, scarlet love…
living outside…
the stream..
of time…

Wowowow I really like this one. Read it again and again it leads you so smooth from start to the end and refreshing, positive poem. Well at least I felt it this way. I like photo solid path and clear with dirrection.
I am not sure if its positive or not, but I like it!
Amazing photo and poem.

Nice David.
Thank you so much Kim!!! How are you?
Somehow I’ve been missing your work David. As in, not seeing it in my reader, which leads, of course, to missing it. Glad I caught this piece as my “return” to your work. Very lovely! I hope to flow around humanity’s detritus and catch up on what I’ve been missing. ~Warm Regards, Dan
Thank you Dan!! Enjoy your ride in the tidal flow! Lol
