Splitting the earth
in a round of
thunderous applause…
Wrapping itself with aquatic cables,
Until the dead…
And the buried…
Rose up from the electrical core….
Spiraling onward
in a gray day dance…
that reminded the watchers….
of what was wrong…
And what could be even worse
in life…
or in any of the
lives..
that may come..
