Pure Peace

Is there anything more peaceful

then listening to the breeze

blow through a high grassy field?

Watching the stalks bend and sway

contributing to an intricate dance

designed to hypnotize

till the need to be mad..

or depressed..

or vengeful..

just washes away in

a slow trickle..

with every dark emotion

feeding the strength

and the compassion

of each and every

living thing in

the clearing ..

  1. I may just join you there if I may…:) this was clearly painted in my mind. I could hear the grass…stunning work as always.

  2. Oh, lovely words, and peaceful photo. I love the sound of the wind moving through the evergreen forest near my house where I walk. Sometimes I close my eyes and just listen to the magic. Thank you, David, for bringing me back there. ~ Sam πŸ™‚
