Parasite Love

————–

Like a hazy enigma…

Draped with moss on

a cool fall day…

Feeding with generosity…

Only taking what is needed…

Slowly consuming…

 and ingesting…

With a loving kiss…

and a sweet caress…

Drinking deeply

from the nectar within…

Til the wellspring is dry…

and the interior embers…

Despite their once

lava-like glow…

Slowly…

and surely…

burn out…

Leaving the feeder…

Looking for the next

love…

of…

her life…

  1. Yes, those blood-sucking leeches are. I wouldnt go into rice fields. They stick to your leg and slowly suck your blood. Oh I see, you were not talking about leeches. Shoot! I almost had it!

  2. Sad romance. Until there was something to take it was perfect but when poor thing ran out of it love was gone. Outcome death and happy parasite looking for new host…brrr scary actually.
