The Twidawn

Twidawn

———————

Golden light brushed aside the blue

on an evening such as this…

And all was the same…

and all was normal…

with nothing random…

and chance held in shackles…

But still…

The light’s glamorous twinkle

held at least one surprise…

during the fading solar signals…

from the tail end of the day…

Falling into the lap of the twidawn…

and sleeping the clock away…

in a secret place…

Where love and fear join hands…

in a quiet dance…

until all the sounds…

fade…

into the gentle rhythms…

of the night….

  1. Really beautiful photo and poem. They go hand in hand. I don’t have to close my eyes to enjoy the photo cause words go so smooth from line to line that I lose myself in both. Love and fear will never join hands first one is so powerful that the other one can’t come near not even to touch.
